The only times I've had time off in the pasy year was to bury an aunt and have shoulder surgery. So therefore, in an atttempt to get some personal downtime, I took some days off in October so I can attend the annual LMRA show in Ft. Worth. My plan is to do the show on Saturday morning, maybe a little railfanning Saturday afternoon hello, Saginaw!), then back home to Sherman. The show is held in the LMRA building on 3400 Bryant Irvin Rd. in Ft. Worth- see this flyer for show info (no, I'm not a member, just a fan of their handiwork). So the question is- how many Trainboarders are attending, or plan to attend? I'm blowing off the Holiday Train Show myself as it's 10 days to Christmas this year, but may go to Plano (literally down the road from me) come January. But I'd like to meet as many of my fellow Trainboard members as possible next month, either at the show or trackside in Saginaw that afternoon. Show of hands?
I may go, depending on my work schedule. I'm supposed to be off that weekend, but my schedule is only "set" once i actually report to work each day.
