This discussion could be about any business. I'm currently looking for a real job and every prospective employer wants to interview between 8AM and 3PM. I work at a temp. job from 6AM to 4PM. Do I threaten my job, even though it's a low skill and low pay, to accommodate there laziness.
Short Round.... Your situation is exactly the same as the LHS thing.... The bottom line is, the guy who WANTS the money has to be flexible and meet the times of the guy who HAS the money. An LHS should open when people can shop, and someone after a job simply has to be available when the employer wants to talk to them.
