I wondered what the status of volume 10 of Triumph was. I went to the website of the publishing house barnardroberts.com and found a link to the obituary of Charles S. Roberts, the primary author of the series. I checked in our archives here and did not find reference to his demise. For those who are interested, his obit can be found at Charles S. Roberts, train line expert, dies at 80 - baltimoresun.com My question is if any one knows if there are plans to complete the series? There is also a notice on the barnardroberts.com website that the company is putting its PRR archives up for sale; in particular: B&O and PRR Archives and Collections For Sale Barnard Roberts is offering for sale parts of our extensive B&O and PRR Archives and Collections acquired over fifty years in support of our publishing operations, retaining material needed for future books. Several catalogs will be published over time. May we suggest that you send us your mailing address so we can send a free catalog as issued. Send your mailing address to: webmaster@barnardroberts.com
I sure hope it continues. This is the best series to date of the Mighty Pennsy. I'm sure David Messer is still working on the books. We shall see.
