Has anyone ever used this product? I was thinking of using it rather than individual trees for the thick forest areas. At the edges of the forest I will use individual trees. Any opinions on this product will be helpful, Thanks.

Come on their has got to be someone who has tried it?

Lenny I have heard of this product but have never seen it put to use. I am wondering if it ever became avaliable. Your post was simple enough yet no response. I sure would like to know more about the forrest canopy product also.

Several years ago, I purchased a bunch of tree kits called Forest in a Flash. It looks like the plant material in the WS forest canopy kit is the same as my FIAF kits. I have made several test trees from the FIAF kits and while they look good, they do not nearly look as good a Super Trees. This is mostly because they dont have any branch density lower down in the trees like Super Trees do. However, I think they would be great where you would only see the tops of the trees, such as for background trees or to add density to a forest (probably why WS calls them forest canopy trees). I would recommend them if you are using the trees this way and if the price looks good to you. Jamie

From what I've seen, the canopy stuff looks like sedum to me.

It is a sedum. You break the pieces apart, dip into glue, and then dip into foliage and plant. :)
