Was at a local train store and wanted to get an industry kit as I sorely need structures for my road..An old HO IHC kit named " chemical treatment plant " looked nice and was only $20.00 ...so I took it..Parts are nice and all..But the directions say : Step 1) cement part 3 to part 4 ..Step 2) cement part 13 to inside of 4 ...All the parts and sprues or backs of parts have no numbers anywhere and most parts have letters like E, D, A , C et al not refered to in instructions ! One or two arrows pointing to the exploded view of assembly parts don't even show a small section of same such part(s); just an arrow with a number like 13 pointing into a shaded area in back of something...I can't believe how some instructions or manuals are so either poorly composed or assume you to understand something..Yet, product goes out to us this way...Finally, no clear plastic is included for window panes...I'm constructing it, but something that could be so simple is turned into a mystery....which gets your dander up....Anybody identify ?

At least it's not written in Chinglish.
"The part one lays into the part two to glue be"

That said, I have battery chargers I still stock. Smart Chargers...made in PRC....and the instructions contradict themselves!
Step 3 says to plug the charger into the wall, wait for the LEDs to stop cycling, (indicating boot complete?) then plug in the battery.
Step 13 says to plug in the battery then plug the charger into the wall (which never works, as it hasn't "booted").
    Arrgghhh.
Wait until you get a steam loco kit that has you put the insulation portion of the drivers on one side, and the tender wheel insulation on the same side...and wonder why it won't run.

Whenever I come across such garble, I always remember the old saying, which goes something like "just because you speak English, that doesn't mean you speak English."
