He wrote a book I believe about the Big 4 in Indiana. He seems like a great resource for the NYC in the midwest.
Taking us a bit off topic, TrainBoard had a Bristish member named Jon Grant who last posted ten years ago. He modeled American prototypes, often in the southeast. Photos of his modelwork sometimes appear on the opening page as "Random Media" and it's always extraordinary stuff.
He simply just disappeared from here. No ideas why. Have never seen any mention that he'd had such as a health issue. Some folks just suddenly alter direction and are off to another course of life. I did see that he posted on Facebook a couple of years back. So he was still around.
