Atlas finally released the RS-11 in NP after waiting all this time. Got an e-mail form BLW, my two are on the way. Now I just need to complete my new layout so I have something to run them on.
Hi Ken: Old layout is completely gone. I repainted the room this last weekend. I started on the benchwork last night. I'm basing the new one on Tacoma, with a double track main, and actual locations and buildings. I've always wanted to have Union Station, so it will be added, although compressed.
Bill- Guess I'd missed that you were making this change. Do you have a track plan worked up yet? Boxcab E50
Hi Ken: I do have a track plan 85% complete. It will have three hidden staging tracks behind Union Station, and a dock area for my carrier and destroyers. I'll post it tonight when I get home. Only a single level layout this time, but i'm looking forward to having a prototypical area with correct buildings and industries along with NP's Bay yard and roundhouse.
