Funny you mention coal train. His layout really is awesome. I haven't seen him post in some time. Anyone know how he's doing? It's also good to be reminded of some of the other layouts. Woldies stuff is always good to see posted up. So is the chacago layout. Good thread BTW. I am really enjoying this.
A couple of weeks back I was standing right by the remains of the real roundhouse in Pueblo. there's some pretty cool stuff down there. They even have a small outdoor museum area. Have you ever railfanned down there?
