I looked on the Oklahoma N-Rail site and their newsletter said all tables are sold out and less than half are dealers so it should be a good turn out with one of the sponsors having an N scale collection for sale.

Please take some photos for us?

Had to look it up. Apparently this town is along ex-Rock Island track.

Here are some pics of the T-Track layout by the Oklahoma N-Rail club. They recently lost their place to display in a mall and are looking for a new home, so their N-Trak layout is in storage. I was particularly impressed with the Lego module. One of the members and his son built it together on their kitchen table. He said there's a Lego group that has a modular layout completely out of Legos at the big December show. [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Here's the OK Free-Mo HO group. They recently lost their home too, but found a new one where they will have their layout on the first floor, and an O scale narrow gauge club upstairs. The new location is also right on the BNSF trackage so it will include train watching also.

The layout was linear because of space, but the interchange has the ability to add wings to make it operational and it was fully signaled. The farm scene and the yard were both nice on the layout.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

This is another HO club that didn't have a name on their modules, but had a fairly long linear layout with some nice features.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

There were several Lionel dealers and individuals there with lots of stuff. There were also a few sellers with memorabilia, videos, toys, r/c cars, and even a guy with war game figures and games. Prices were good, even great on HO stuff. There were a few bargains to be had, but I made an agreement with my better half no purchases until I get my layout underway (I turned down two Lifelike SW1500 Rock Island locos in used/like new condition for 15.00 each) so keeping that promise was tough, but I did it.

There wasn't a whole lot of N-Scale, but the Tulsa show and the big OKC show in December have much more of that. There was a little LGB too, but only the LGB operating layout for the kids and a couple small Lionel layouts in O scale. The one attached brings a new meaning to the term "beer can" tank car, and I appreciated the creativity shown

Overall, it was worth the 2 1/2 hr drive and I got to meet some new people and enjoy something different than the huge shows here in DFW. I like what they have going on and will probably be going to other smaller shows up that way in the future because of the smaller crowds, good prices, and opportunity to meet some new people.[IMG][IMG]
