Stu, No worries. Dave George will put on a great show with his modules and I'm sure would welcome any local help he can get. He's a great guy to work with.

Build your modules as time permits and show them as much as you can. People will start searching you out once word get's out. Build it and they will come! You made a lot of progress quicker than most, and that is a great feat. Can't wait to see what you come up with.

Keep us posted as you progress. Let Rob Kluz, at ZTrack, or me know your contact details if you want to get a club started. More than half of the Z scale clubs/groups out there right now started as only one or two person groups and grew from that in to vibrant organizations (or dis-organizations as the case may be). If you have any info handouts or flyers, I'm sure Rob would put them at his booth(s).

Kinda hard to get a tree to join a Z club, being that they are a bit outta gauge. I think they play with proto trains.

I was talking with Bryan last night during chat and it looks we are both OK'd to go to NTS 2008. In other words our wives are letting us go, but we are both going to end up dragging the families along to get the obligatory trip to Disneyland in. I just want to know if Joe still has any connections and can get us a behind the scenes tour or something like that (at least of the train related stuff) ;-) .

Oh, do that if you can. About 40 years ago Goodyear had a tire contract for the Monorails. After business was done, the Director of Maintenance asked if i would like to see the park. I think we rode on "everything" in about 3.5 hours - BUT talk about line jumping. He just showed his pass and we were the next rider, ALWAYS. You brought back a good memory. P.S. He said Disney is NOT for kids, it is for adults. They understand and appreciate.

Cool! Any chance to see the Yard Tower and the Tankcar loading platform in Z too. We really need this kind of stuff!
