That would be an interesting experiment. The measurements were made for Z scale. I have wanted to make designs for N. If you want to try it, I'd suggest starting with one of my freight car designs. See how the details look, especially if they're too large for N. If you (or anyone else who wants to try it) like how they look, then feel free to get more. The mounting holes in the bottom of the cars are for MT Z scale truck pins. I don't know how those would scale up. I suppose if you have plastic putty you could fill them in if the hole is too wide, or drill them out if they're too narrow. Honestly, I would like to see how one of my designs looks scaled up to N. It would tell me how much work I'd have to do on making N scale designs. Can I just scale up what I've already done, or do I need to modify the design to make the details look better? If you or anyone tries this please post pictures.
