For sure a great person and modeler who takes the time to help people with questions and without a doubt fatanstic with scenery. One of the class acts.
Well, it's about time! Loren's modules are the the modules I wish I could pull off! I just love the mountains and trees, and Lorens have the best I have ever seen modeled! We bow down to the mountain module master!
Hey guys, Very kind of you folks. Let me just say that I've always envied you guys and gals who have time to paint, build, and otherwise do all the aspects of model railroading that up to this time I have not had time for. Guess it is my fault for deciding to make a career of logging. Now that the spotted owl issue has somewhat curtailed my logging, I'll hopefully get to start doing some of the things I see you all doing on a regular basis, and so many of you do it so very very well. I love Z scale as many of you do and we are family and we are having fun.........right? Thank you all for giving me a nod. I plan to continue being a part of this great adventure we call Z. I am in very good company.....congratulatons to us all!! Loren
Wow gone one day and look what happens......... What can I say about Loren that hasn't already been said so well. I am proud to call Loren my friend.
Thanks Ron, but I am just one of many wonderful modelers who are kind enough and inspired enough and dedicated enough to share their talents, time, and expertise with the rest of our gang. One time way back Robert Ray mused what it would take to be the perfect train modeler. It was quite a long list involving many talents, and a list that I'm sure each one of us would like to say we possess all of the abilities. So, we must always band together and share amongst each other so that we all benefit by our sharing. I can't think of any other hobby where folks like us can share so freely and generously with each other from all over the world. Too bad we are ripping off the post office every time we send an email.......sigh ) Can you imagine all of us sending letters to magazines hoping our ideas would get published for the rest to learn from? Let's see, I guess that would have been back a few years. Think how difficult it would be to exchange ideas if we had no internet.......sorry again P. O.
Congratulations Loren. If we ever start a Z scale Hall of Fame you would be one of the first on the list KEV
I agree with all previous posts. Congratulations Loren. Most of all I like the big amount of trees on your modules. It adds realism to the tiny Z world.
Ho-Hummm....Yawn, Yawn... ) Isn't his head big enough!! Kidding, well deserved and I always get energized by his enthusiasm and drive. He's learned a lot from Karen the past few years and it shows in his table manners ) Joe MTL
Alright Joe, no more Mr Nice. I'm going to hit you so many times........you'll think you're surrounded. Buy your own pie )
