Nice looking setup. But that parking lot is way too clean, no trash, oil stains or POTHOLES! That Petercar driver with the John Deere on the drop-deck had better check his clearance. I don't thing he'll clear 13' 6" DOT will have a field day with him! LOL LOL LOL
Driving the big trucks since 1981. That Diesel exhaust gets in your blood. YES there is a major CDL driver shortage. Cause the Companies expect everything from the driver, pay us peanuts, and have the DOT always looking for some way to write tickets. A side thing is the idea that a OTR Driver is expected to be away from home 2 to 3 weeks at a time. Makes it a little hard to raise a family!

Train-worx is back at it with Peterbilts for FED-EX and some older single and tandem axel tractors. Bob.

Brings back memories from years ago, of all the logging trucks I used to see.

I got nothing against the trucks, in fact I think intermodal made it better for both sides. RR's no longer have to stop at every little industry, they go from the ports to the city then trucks take it to the final destination. There will always be lines that need switched out and are too big for trucks but the balance seems better now. I still miss those old Cab Over Macks and Kenworths though.
