Okay, it's Friday night and I'm back. Sandro please give me a call tomorrow (Saturday) and you can walk me thru setting up on the CP Forum. It's going to be kind of hard for me to spend too much time on any Forum. Trying to look after 10,000+ customers is a task. And I have over 160 sharholders who are always wanting to make sure we report a profit each year. So for those of you who want discounts and want profits as shareholders you can't have both (since a number of you reading are shareholders) So a number of you mentioned BCR. What do you want to see produced? For that matter what do any of you want produced? Do you want an okay car? Or do want a great car? Are you willing to pay for it (enhanced quality)? How much are you willing to pay (retail) for the car of your dreams with enhanced quality? What about engines? And with reference to engines and cars don't limit your answers to Canadian Prototype. Please remember I (not PWRS) have a tendency for the modern prototype. Let the comments begin. Please remember I have a business to run and can't always get back on here. So don't be surprised if there is a bit of a delay. But you can always bother Steve G to answer any questions. Please also remember like all of you, I'm also an N Scaler. I love to hear any comments. I have oppinions. If you have a compalint re PWRS or NARC re service this is not the place. I want to come up here and have some fun to.
Dan ... I wouldn't mind seeing a decent SD38-2 in N ... and I am sure many a SRY modeler would agree (never mind all the other roads who used them) (or a GMD-1) G
I kind of think Kato is expected to do it eventually in the long run (I know in the long run we will all be dead to). I would love to custom paint one for myself as well. We took a number of the Atlas MP15's and painted them up in SRY and Southern Railway of British Columbia. I wish I could afford a pair for myself.
"Dan, why don't you focus on the business and let other do that for you... ?" Oh I would. I gave up custom painting stuff for myself years ago.
I know Steve does excellant work. I have seen his work. I wish some of the other custom painters who claim to know what they are doing would look at Steve's work before they claim to be custom painters.
Dan you already know what I want but I'll say it again to gather up some votes with me. In order from desperately needed to still want badly: M420W - IN Kelowna & Pacific, also CN. (do I get votes from BCR guys?) Green Goat - CP, NS, Demo SD38-2 - SRY and NS Please ES40/44AC/DC - NS, CP, CP Olympic, BNSF, GE Demo, GE Hybrid SD70ACE/M-2 - NS, All UP Heritage MP15AC - CP Oh, and some Via Rail Renaissance cars are desperately needed for my expanding Kato P42 Fleet. I also want some lovely modern Canpotex hoppers as well. Oh and those new Green TILX coal cars. Speaking of coal cars those new trinity CP Coal cars would be nice too. Speaking of open hoppers some BC Rail and CN woodchip cars are desperately needed. Ok I better stop now :tb-wink:
