I like the B30-7A the BN had, the best start to model them is a B23-7. I want to number one 4011 and the other 4062, PLU codes for bananas and pickles (cucumbers) respectively. There isn't a code for Twinkies.
gjslsffan Those Ge's had notorious habits of burning or something happening to them I could see your cabless techno toaster smoking like a Cheech and Chong movie Up in smoke
Working on a rebuilt of some thing I already kitbashed once before. Bachmann 0-6-0 tank with a switching platform flat car with Athearn caboose electrical pick up trucks. I need to remount the motor and run all new wire with thinner gauge wire . Also bypassed the LED resister by accident and smoked the head light so will need to rebuild the head light as well. When it runs right will add some more details and repair the ones I broke off when I took it apart then weather it. Will post photos when done.
So a ways back I got to talking about the up gp7 sound dcc unit still here still working on it Nope not going into the WNW paint as it got a coat of RIS Rock Island Southern maroon Have numbered it 1245 it will get a midwest bleach job eventually The RIS was a real railroad that went defunct in the 1900's My version is loosely based off the RI with one exception the RIS was a little more stable than the RI In my reality in june 1969 The WNW & RIS indicated to the ICC their intent to merge This came about after the UP & RI were in talks of their merger intentions The WNW like the UP was well heeled The RIS was a little better off than the RI after the PC failure the ICC scrutinized any further mergers for approval The WNW RIS merger lingered & became official on Friday April first 1977 Enjoy the 1245 the first RIS unit
Okay this function has had a hard trip to this point but I finally have it figured out and some extra mods were done to it It's in a blue I use so when I sand I can see exactly where I'm at I settled on WNW #725 for this b unit it's going to have character when done I'm working from a prototype pic sealed off 4 of the portholes that I'm getting ready to sand the spot putty and sand some more Have the lift rings, winter hatch, and more to add to it Have my WNW custom decals from pdc.ca Bill Brillenger did excellent work on them So here's the F7B as it stands at the moment[/QUOTE]
