AC 12 weathered 2 Copied from original photos. Wheels are almost white from blowdown valves kicking up dust and ballast. And yes, the tender was THAT clean!

Thanks Geza. My hands were trembling when I started! Came out ok though, I think.

Just imagine if you would have messed up. Not a good thing to think about. I painted an RC car body the other day and it came out perfect. But my son watched how I used the spray can so he decided to help me when I was not there. Let's just say I had a white piece of plastic body. I had to strip the whole body of paint, I started to repaint and it's coming out ok but not like when I originally painted it. This is why he is not touching my trains. OUCH

OOOH dear! I have a 2yr old grandson. I'm thinking of buying a straight-jacket for him!
Mind you, I don't want to put him off, as when he gets older, he can get "'round the back" and clean the track LOL

When my son gets older he can help me stage the trains and rolling stock.
