SP Class C-50-5 Caboose #1971

This is an SP Class C-50-5 baywindow caboose. They were built by International Car in 1974 for SP and SSW. They were painted mineral red with orange bay window ends and at each end of the caboose. This one is located in Shellville, CA... just south of the famous Napa Valley Wine Country. It is privately owned and there hopes of restoration in its future.
