Ich sage "we" nicht "wir".... The German market may still be functioning that way...our (the North American Scale Model Railroad) Market is a free-for-all. They are still trying to hold on to approved dealer networks and full MSRP...but it is a losing battle as they have internet and mail order in Europe like we do. Charlie Vlk
