Ok here is the video. Being the first one I have ever done like this it is a little rough but it gets the idea across. This is part 1 of a two part series. This video is to give a little background and intro to my layout. My inspiration so to speak.

A great tool for the layout that I found at Harbor Freight. Since I will be building loads with a washer or not in them for easy removal these magnetic tools will make it easy to remove and put in place where the car sits.

 

As long as it doesn't grab the cars own weight lol.

Yes it coming along nicely. Now to work on some roads and crossings then more ground cover to complete this section

 

Don’t ya hate it when you know you have an item and don’t remember where you put it? I’ve misplaced a box of screws and a package of garbage cans and it is driving me nuts trying to find them.

 

And now we have cows! Funny the pasture is right next to a meat packing plant. Lol!

 

Yes I do hate it!!! I had a bunch of decals stockpiled and after the tornado we had to clean out the train room. I put them together in an envelope to keep them together and safe. Torn the room apart about 3 times now.....grrrrr

And a package of industrial dust cyclones, would love to know where they went, no excuse there, I used them 3 months ago!!!!

 

I found the garbage cans and used a different box of screws that I had.

 

I shall keep my comments to myself!

 

Lol- keep searching, you’ll find the stuff before long. I combed the train room three times before I found the garbage cans attached to another item with a rubber band.

 

My foamer Park is finished. Turned out really well.

 

Do! The railroad got tired of all the trespassing so they made the park.

 

Proposed location for a cemetery. Halloween scene that lasts all year. the other location would be near a church in another corner that has even less space.
