Still no lunk on actual dimensions... I tried more various searchs but didn't find anything that could be used to calculate / estimate dimensions from than what I've posted so far. Will keep digging now and then over the long weekend we have coming up here in the US (Memorial Day) and see if I can find anything else useful for you. Have you tried to reach any of the Historical Groups on the D&RGW. They might know more details on the depots. :lightbulb: :lightbulb: :lightbulb: :lightbulb:
Join http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/DRGW/messages or other groups and ask again. There are lots of locals and vets that may have info or will help further- places like CO RR Museum have lots of documentation as well... alot of the structures are common design .. regds, dave
La Jara nd-rails Thanks for that. I have already tried the Colorado Railroad Museum which has helped a little. Will try the site you suggested. Thanks Ron
Ron its a Yahoo group/ elist not a site you can surf until you join it- sorry posted my link to messages try http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/DRGW/ which is the home page. Having said thay while the group does not 'focus' on gauge- there is over last 6 years tons of valuable info and resources mentioned on ALL DRG[W] operations and history. Tho most content is 'modern' in the flavor of keeping the Grande 'living' thru its, ah new owners... ;-) dave
