Wow... Just wow!
Thanks for sharing!

BTW, was it possible to go 75MPH anywhere on the old RMD?

It wasn't me Kurt, credit goes to about 50 people for creating the route who's names are listed at the beginning of the routre, you can get them at train sim.com. You have to d/l the route, engines, cars etc.

[IMG]MSTS Activity--Milwaukee Rd RMD4. The idea for this particular activity came from the Pentrex DVD "The Milwaukee Road, Volumes I, II and III", which provides film of operations across the Rocky Mountain Division in about 1970 or 1971. One of the scenarios from the DVD follows the arrival at Avery of an SD40-hauled train, which has E-78 coupled in the lead and then is followed through the St. Paul Pass section and later, into Alberton. A Word .doc file contains essential information. By Bruce Kennewell.

For those of us that value our marriages, and know better than to even download the program, can we get a few screen shots of this new section?

I know for a fact if I were to DL this program, and install the RMD plugins, I'd never get off the puter.
Dakotacowgirl can vouch for that, based on my old Command & Conquer (Red Alert 2, 3 and Tiberian Sun) days...

Command and Conquer was an awesome game series, have them all. ;)
I'll s/s some IF I can get the route to work, last time I had problems and gave up.
BTW, you can save it anytime you wish, so you can limit yourself. I know what you mean though, I can only stare at a monitor so long before I have to get away.

EDIT: ok now I wish I had never seen this mod. Granted, it is free, and someone put a lot of time into it, but if you follow the installation instructions to the letter, it will not work, and crashed MSTS. After hours of working with it, I finally got it installed to the point where it wouldn't crash the game. 7 files that extract out of the 7 zip files are named differently than what in install package looks for. So after renaming the files to ".z01 - .z07, it finally installed, and trying to debug the route, it is glitchy at best. None of the Electrics will move at all, the only thing I could get to work was a consist of 3 U30's.
Being cmpletely frazzled by the experience, I just wanted to run a train, so I ran my U30's from Avery to a little past Saltese, then the program locked up and crashed. The route thru the Bitteroots was neat, and I will keep working on this when I feel the need for some abuse. Then again, tommorrow is gaing to be in the low 30's and raining....I could mess with it or work on my layout. :)
