Decals are going on today. :tb-biggrin: I'll take some photos, but I won't be able to display them till my new computer is running... by then the unit might even be weathered. :tb-wink:
Decals are on and the unit looks sweeeeeeet!!! :tb-biggrin: She is drying from a fresh coat of clear. I just might have to make one more of these for myself. I've always liked the new CSX scheme. I'll post photos as soon as possible.
She still needs some work like adding the numberboards, but here is how the unit looks now. :tb-smile: Sorry about cutting off the bottom of the CSX logo with the handrails. I promise it's all there. :tb-wink:
Eddie, the engine looks great. Nothing makes it look real then a good logo. Nick, dont be like the rest. Everybody models UP, SP, or BNSF. Be different and model CSX.
Well done! You pulled it off and it looks very sharp. If your scratchbuilding and painting skills are any indications, your layout will be fantastic!
I would love to see pictures of my SD70 in the show. Jeff, you should take some close ups of your weathered engines. They look great on the last issue of Ztrack. Nick, Robert is like the godfather of z. He made you a offer you couldnt refuse.
Definitely the best SD70 I've seen in our scale! I allready tought we will never see a result from Eddie because it took so long. Hat's off Eddie!
