    I'm stuck in place for a while, waiting on several model rail things to ship. However, our Christmas tree and other decorations are still up, so much time will be consumed taking everything down. Plus, I've also got my 30 year old lawn mower in pieces trying to troubleshoot engine trouble. :mad:

    Yes, thank you! Moose has looked into ones like what you are considering. Researching and designing a paint booth seems to have become one of the aspects of this model railroad hobby that Moose has an interest. For some, its learning to be a craftsman at carpentry or electrical work or scratch-building or painting or operations, etc., but for Moose, yeah, apparently designing a paint booth is an MRR interest? o_O Any way, back to trains! :)

    @Grey One I hope everything goes well.

    We have had a really rough week as our 19 year-old cat suddenly got sick and had be put to sleep due inoperable tumor around his kidneys. Our family has been devastated as he was quite a personality and everyone loved him. My son is taking it hard as we got the cat as a kitten when my son was four years-old and the two of them grew up together. They were inseparable.

    We might think about start putting Christmas decorations away. We a little bit of snow today and expect more Sunday.

    I was thinking of going to the Greenberg Train Show tomorrow but I am not sure. The sudden rise in covid cases in our area is concerning even though the family is fully vaccinated and boosted. With my wife still recovering from a blood clot and her other medical issues I need to think about it more.

    I have a bunch of cars to tune up and I can try to run some trains. I could fiddle around with some more industrial sidings or place roadbed.

    I am on vaca so will tinker the death out of space prep.

    List of todo's;
    Pull all rolling stock from modules for safe storage.
    Pull the modules down and store in den.
    Remove the ceiling insulation as it does not allow roof to breath properly.
    Install more lighting.
    Put order in at Ganaults to rip down some plywood for benchwork.
    Settle on a plan, but I think I'm mostly there.

    I’ve got to travel for work this weekend so I’m not going to get much done. I’m going to rearrange my storage area for rolling stock and reevaluate what pieces I what to touch up. I might do something simple and small-I bought a couple of GHQ kits so I might do that. All one piece except for tires.

    Well, the little one was full of energy this morning. He, (with parental supervisioon), climbed up the 14 steps to our room, beelined from my scrap box and probmptly spread it across a 2 foot area. I was elated to see him doing so well.

    Modeling Wise: I'm going through various scrap boxes looking for cars to 'repupose' as sheds or ?

    @Tompm: I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Our fur babies are part of the family and so very hard to say goodbye to.

    @Grey One: Sorry to hear. I'm scheduled to be at Amherst at the end of the month and though it is my favorite show, I have reservations. Prayers that all will be well on your end.
