I have two apples, a banana and an orange. I am going to list these as N scale diesel detail parts. Keep watching for this listing! Starting price will be $499.00 for these hard to find items.

Somewhere I vaguely remember hearing something about not mixing apples and oranges in a math problem. But if you put some kind of a smooth finish on the bumpy rind of an orange, and put proper legs on it, it could be an N scale spherical refinery tank. But not at $499.00.

OK. Well, I'll go $498.99. Can't be any less, as I need the money for my yacht and limousine payments.

Yes. But it only does the Cha-cha-cha. If you what it to waltz, that will be an additionional $99.99.

How's this for an Atlas hopper. Now, if you notice, the images clearly show two different cars, even though the lot is for a "boxcar", of which neither are.

Or how about a "lightly used/new" lot of stuff.

Also, I find the title on this one a little strange. Not too sure what hematopoiesis has to do with trains.

And evidently this is N Scale, but I have the strangest suspicion that it might not be....

Ah, I didn't even notice that. I think you might be right in that they could be Micro-Trains.

Another wide awake lister. I wonder, if I soaked them in water overnight, then dried them in the sun, would they shrink to N scale? Perhaps they'll include instructions on doig so...

The seller is in Japan and I would chalk that one up to translation software difficulties. I've got that set and it is really nice (and will be better when I switch the couplers to Unimates) but not $500+ nice.

I noticed they at least they had the courtesy to change the listing to the S scale section in eBay.

"This listing was ended by the seller because there was an error in the listing."

It was a pair of different Micro-Trains open hoppers. The seller had over 1500 different items listed when I looked, only 43 of which were "Model Railroads & Trains"... I don't think we have an expert here.

I think you might be correct in saying that. I also noticed that the price was dropped from $910 or something like that to a much more reasonable $9.99.
