Always awesome signs! Been using different ones on the club layout. The other day a older woman stopped at the club layout while I was doing some scenery work and said that the one building on the layout used to be a sign shop her father owned. She said it had a tall narrow sign that was yellow with red lettering that said SIGNS. (He was a sign painter) I told her I would see if I could find or make one and put it on the building so it would be there the next time she came. Do you have anything like that? S I G N S
Tomorrow night is the club meeting night and I am going to get one on the buiding and I will post a picture or two of it.
I built a packing plant, iceing platform N scale. Have a fleet of MTL Swift reefers and need some Swift logos and billboards.With all the signs out there I have not found any Swift signs. My home town, Winona MN had a plant when I was little. Can someone help. Thanks John
Here's the club layout of Gadsden AL in the 1940's-1950's. Most of the buildings were scratchbuilt about 25yrs ago by the original members. The buiding I needed the 'signs' sign is the brown one about the middle of the photo. Thank you again for the help!
