Bill, Most outstanding model work. You are to be complemented for it. Where did you find the parts? "Still Training After All These Years"
sdfghjkl cvbnm oops! sorry, those were just the letters my jaw hit when it dropped on the keyboard after seeing those pics. Absolutely stunning!
I concur with all the awed reviews. Can you still see? Do your fingers still work? YIKES! I can't imagine even thinking about such an effort. It seems there are not one but two other ships in the background. Are they both scratchbuilt? Would you show us both of them as well? Defintely needs a display case and to be put somewhere where lots of folks can enjoy it.
Arrrrh ... shiver me timbers ... makes this ole sailor want to go friggin in the riggin .. I really like the LPH=3 .. I served on LPH-7
Bill, These are absolutely great models. Thanks for sharing them with us. Your patience and skills are abundantly evident.
Impressive, truly impressive work. Beautiful craftsmanship. Great job! And consider that the West Viginia was one of the older "smaller" battleships. It dwarfs the rail models alongside it.
That is incredible. What's next? Making a couple thousand figures in dress whites to stand on deck as it comes into port?
