    Hi all,

I just try to document this time one of my kit bashes. Prototype is a GP20, run by SP (of course!). Here are 2 shots of the progress, yes, should have done some pictures already earlier, but when I'm in "kit-bashing-feaver" I forget nearly everything...:)
Still a lot of work to do, lots of firsts, so I will see how I go....

So here some rough body work, new 48" fans, low nose and matching cab:

    Hi,
Nick, the cab was easier than I thought in the first place
Joe, just shorten the high nose, removed all details from the top and added some styrene stripes to create the wedge.
Some pictures showing the shorten battery box and fan installation:

Nice work Gerd. It looks just like the one from Seminole Gulf. I dont know if it was a GP20, but very similar.

    couple of further steps...

...done. Reworked some errors, added some addtional details such as bell, horn und fuel filler, painted the scarlet bits, designed and applied decals, clear coated und faded the paint. Last steps will be the addtional weathering/ageing such as rust, dirt and dust and installing the glassfibres and windows.
