    I know. My question was more to what created that apparent sawdust. Was he altering benchwork? Or?

    That mess sure looks like it was created by HO scale termites, attacking an N scale layout.

    True but giant timber shavings are not normally associated with the onslaught of winter despite what people in eastern Canada and the Northeast United States have experienced this winter.

    I would believe any railroad would have a very hard time making that kind of decision stick. Very likely the union and lawyers would be all over them.
