Yes. Coal is definitely up. There are several fights ongoing, with locals trying desperately to stop new facilities from being built. All kinds of standard hokey excuses. Even the usual garbage about BNSF tracks not being up to such traffic. Not sure how they keep getting that baloney on the table. But we're once again back to a rail-illiterate and too lazy to check facts themselves public being gullible enough to buy it
