Wolfgang: Excellent picture and excellent tree. I like the bare limbs at the bottom. I have seen this bridge as the taller of two trestles on your layout, I believe. Looking forward to more pictures.
Flash, the tree made my friend Peter. And this trestle is on a module. There're not three feet of track. The less taller trestle but stronger curved is on my layout. More pictures at my RailImages albums. Wolfgang

smallbore, I see you're having problems with posting images; you have to capitalize "IMG" in the blocks for the UBB code to work.

Hey another Long Islander on the board! We are growing in numbers... Welcome to trainboard SmallBore, nice layout you have.
The brick was weathered by brush painting on Polly Scale weathered black and almost immediately wiping it off using a paper towel with downward strokes. You have to work in small areas so the paint doesn't dry too much.
This is one of the new and improved versions of the N scale Red Roof Inn I have been scratch building. It is about 85% done. It is a more modern version than the previous one I built for myself last year shown here. ...and here. I still need to put the plumbing stacks on the roof and add a stone wall to the front area of the new one. I intend to sell this particular structure on eBay as soon as it is completed.
