A bit more progress at Bird Creek. Adding 3-D and 2-D trees and weathering concrete. I will be blending the trees further down the backdrop to blend them in better. It’s starting to shape up. Thanks for stopping by! Dale
Looks great Dale!!! You have made a lot of progress since the last time I saw your layout. Would like to come by sometime after the current events are over. Great job. Joe
Thank you guys! I appreciate it. Michael, I would love to be a guest gandy dancer on the RGW anytime!
Maybe for a retirement trip the boss will let me go railfanning up through Colorado to Washington! I’ll float that trial balloon as soon as it happens! you guys are all the best! Dale
Don't take any rubber nickles lol. They leave big gators that bite cars. It's really great following yours and Michaels builds and progress.
I just happened on the guy today. On the SKOL trackage between Owasso and Collinsville. Not POCR but hey, these guys spend a lot of time out at the Port. These things still look pretty good! Have a great week! Dale
Well, it’s supposed to be spring time in Oklahoma now but tonight we have forecast rain mixed with some flurries. Go figure... But with spring comes the start of the construction season. Since I sell materials for road construction, the layout would not be complete without a work zone. Hwy167 is getting some needed pavement rehabilitation on the north approach at Bird Creek and in the pavement extending north. Next to go in is the extended barrier wall and guardrail on the southbound lane. thanks for stopping by! Hope the flangers didn’t hold you too long! Dale
Dont you mean Flaggers aka traffic control specialist officials hehehehehehe. When I say stop it means stop lol.
Never enough trees, I bet I have about 2000 on the RGW and there are times I still feel it looks like the barren plain of Zama.
