Charlie, I don't know if this signifies anything, but usually when I am sending, there are two little screens that light up blue and my Zone Alarm icon shows green and red bars indicating transmission. While the photo is uploading, the two screen icon lights up, but the Zone Alarm icon indicates no traffic. Odd to me.
Just about anything is important as we try to figure out what is happening here. I've been talking with the software developer and Owen is working with another group of folks in an effort to figure this out. If everyone had the problem all the time it would be easier. Charlie

It's getting worse... Tried the same photo again, although it is now down to 834 KB. Got the message below, but noticed that in the lower left hand corner of the screen, where the URL appears and then "Done", it showed "Waiting for http://www.trainboard.c" with the rest obscured for the whole time it was supposed to be uploading. I think it is starting to transmit before a file is created? now I got problems, too Having issues here, too- tried to upload photos by entering which pics I wanted to upload, pressing Upload Photos, and waiting. Result- nada. Nothing uploadded. FTR, I did a random samplig of my pics, and they're all a little over 800 kb in size, if that helps any.
I've tried to upload some other pics, 3 at a time, into another album, and am getting the same results. I have to go to the local Walgreens to get my pics swapped from my memory card to a photo CD, and then upload from CD to computer and then to RI. I don't have my USB cable specific to my camera, and I don't know how to shrink my pics to, say, 500 kb. I'm throwing in the towel before I get too frustrated- I'll try again another time, if I'm lucky.
Gregg, Bob Believe me when I say that Charlie, a programmer and I are as frustrated as you are about this issue. There are only a hand full of members who are reporting this problem. Trying to duplicate the circumstances of when and how this happens is problematic for us. The error message you are seeing is invoked by the upload command, that section of code checks to see if one of the files it is trying to upload exists. That error message is displayed as the file expected by the program does not exist where the program expects to find it. We are trying our best to resolve it for you. I am prepared to work one on one with either one of you to determine where the problem may exist. Please contact me by PM if you are open to this.
