    I then shaped the dried putty with a hobby knife, painted and weathered.

    No photos of the process, just of the tool! ;) I dip this into the chalk, and start rubbing from the top down. On the SD7 I rubbed the top all around the exhaust stacks with black. Then I used black, dirt, rust and made different passes from the top to the walkway. There really is no wrong way to weather. Things get dirty! :) The trucks were done the same way. I removed the plastic side frames, then used black, rust, and dirt again, rubbing it into the different crevises. Then dullcoated. I'll get pictures the next time I do a weathering job.

    Thanks so much ! I have new insparation!What colors did you use to match the gray and red and what are you using for the nose antenna?
