I would love to get more involved with the TVRM. It looks like a really good operation. Time would be my only problem now. But......you never know.
I know it's Tuesday night but I made exciting progress today on my day off. I assembled a Bowser kit of a Reading ACF 2-bay covered hopper. Builder Date is october 1967, so on my layout it is on it's very first revenue run. I'm thinking about gloss coating it to simulate fresh paint, and weathering the wheels a shade of an orange-ish brown for the "new wheel" effect. The layout arrived here today via Dad, and it is now up on temporary 2x4's. (will add casters and braces when I get ahold of 8' 1x4's) I would a picture but there ain't much to take a picture of.
