I just won two Atlas SD9 N scale locos that I'm going to strip the paint off and paint them for the Southern Rwy. It's been a problem finding Southern high nose locos that aren't DCC equipped.
I was or am gonna order some of those off eBay. Let me know when you paint them? So, good quality for the price?

Miller Eng order showed up. Big Shout Out to their Customer Service for not answering my email about latice work. I was fortunate to zap myself while touching the circuit board and changing the flashing sequence.
I kind of chuckled as that has happened to me. The actual reason you got zapped is there are thin layers of electrical sheets that extend to the edges of the sign. So if you handle the edges while energized your fingertips short those layers and zappo! It's high voltage but low current so just enough to wake you up.

After several months and over $300 spent trying to use the MakerSpace laser engraver, with no tangible results, I decided not to throw good money after bad. At least for this investment I will learn to use Lightburn and get immediate feedback on changes. Wish me luck! Stay safe,

I just won a Woodland Scenics Town and Factory building set on eBay. That's a collection of 13 Design Preservations kits in one big box. Also, the same seller had an Atlas passenger platforms kit and an Atlas signal tower kit for sale, which I also won. I'm officially quitting buying more N scale stuff until I get all these kits at least painted . Hmm... I hope Kiz hasn't forgotten to order my bananas for next week. My supply is getting real low...
Nice! If you get a chance can you get some close up pics of the Athearn automax cars? I'm curious about the detail on them but can't find many decent pics of any online. Lot's of good stuff there. Who makes the Amazon Prime containers?
Daily trips to the train shop are adding up. Good thing I'm single and looking to mingle. I don't know how you married guys do it lol. Gonna grab some nano lights today - and now I'm already looking at putting lights on the signs on buildings. Oh boy. You guys shoulda warned me.
